Hi all,

I've managed to break my car charger lead, so popped down to Halfrauds 'cos I need one quickly, but they want 20 quid yikes for a cable and mount.

Got on the 'net to Total PDa, and they want 20 quid too!

I've strted trawling ebay, and there's a couple of other things i'd like as well, but don't have time for trawling through pages and pages of stuff.

So, what I'd like is, a 12v power lead, a carry case and a screen protector. Does anyone know anywhere where I can buy all 3 together without paying silly money ie 20 quid for a lead?

Any help mucho appreciated, ta.

Apologies for slow reply but I haven't been a TomTom owner very long so haven't really looked at this forum before.coffee

Too tight to cough up for a proper lead I found that the mains charger for daughter's Motorola RAZR does the job perfectly well. I once got her a spare one on t'internet (via Kelkoo?) for about a fiver after she was stranded away from home with a flat mobile battery. boxedin

Not sure what you mean by a screen protector but QVCUK.Com will do you a hard carry case for £12.95 inc. Search on item number 557647. I think you'll have to ring them up if this is your first purchase.phone

So two out of three for under £20. Chucked in a few Smilies as it's raining again.

Thanks for that, although the usb lead supplied with the tom tom charges via the pc, without needing to 'log on' or whatever.

By screen protector, I mean a piece of sticky clear film to apply to the screen to protect from scratches.

Looking on ebay, I reckon i can get what I want for just a few quid, but I was trying to find one supplier to supply the lot, instead of the chore of purchasing low cost items, with the added postage costs, from different suppliers.

Thanks anyway for the help, ta. beer
