Navman or Tomtom?

I have through a rewards scheme enough points to have either a Tomtom One or a Navman F20. I want to be warned about speed cameras. Any thoughts as to which is best?

Presumably both can be updated. Do they warn audibly of speed cameras and do they warn of areas where police speed checks are carried out? Also can they be upgraded with European maps?

Sorry if this has been asked hundreds of times before but I would really appreciate any advice.

I wouldn't buy either. I'd go for a Garmin Nuvi 200 as it has all the speed cameras and the other two only do fixed ones. It's about £170 in Halfords.
