Normal for Tom Tom?

Bought a TomTom One last week, and last night ordered a download for speed cameras and traffic warnings. Had an email acknowledging payment which said a separate email would follow with details of how to download the order. 24 hours on no such email received. Presumably this is not normal? Have tried the "helpdesk" and apparently I should get a response within two working days
