Snooper S600 Euro Plus

I have been looking to upgrade the TomTom 300 in my wife's car, and want the following features:

good quality mapping, and reliable navigation with good audio quality
7 digit postcode input
reliable speed camera alerts
TMC/road delay notification
bluetooth for occasional handsfree use
European mapping
Attractive, good quality package

My shortlist is the TomTom 720, Garmin Nuvi 670T and Snooper S600 Euro Plus. Some forums are reporting that certain aspects of the TomTom 720 could be improved (sound quality, TMC lock, fm transmitter, quality of bluetooth phone connection). Does anyone have any first hand experience of the other two, considering the features I am looking for. Regarding the Snooper:

is an active mount available?
does it have TMC, and is a separate aerial required?
all are around the £300 mark - have I missed any alternatives

I'd like to have a professional install (Jaguar x-type) - can anyone recommend the best way to minimse wires etc.
