Hello all. Thinking of buying my first SAT NAV and wondered if anyone on here had any comments on this system. I've just had a demo at Halfords and was quite impressed, very light, europe cover (incase i do eventually make it to the ringsmile and seams easy to use. I'm thinking along the lines of Garmin as i have used their marine products in the past and never had any problems.

I've checked out the on-line prices for this unit and can get it cheaper than Halfords. Anyone recomend a good on-line retailer as i have only checked DABS and NAVCITY??

Thanks,

FG

Wife has one
poor battery life but otherwise ok, neat, simple to use, screen is big enough, slim enough to put in pocket and take with you, maps appear up to date, pleased, pissed off when price dropped week after i bought it for her

i use it as a back up for my in built system as that does roads and not post codes (250)

Interestingly (or not) we went on holiday in two cars to the same place (her with 250/me Renault system) and we were taken by slightly different routes there and back both in England and France same parameters put into the sat navs

Try Pixmania - just bought a 200W and they were the cheapest (but not by much).
