Efficient TomTom back-up

My TomTom One XL threw a bit of a wobbly after being updated online. I used their online help only to be told there would be a 48 hr delay. 30 mins later I received clear and precise instructions as to how to correct the error.

I was impressed.

I thought I'd better post how good the service was as I was going to moan on here about what I thought was going to be a long delay in replying.

I had good response too from them with a small query I had, Oh and don't forget there is a small reset button underneath Derek if something goes a miss.
