New Road Angel false alarms

Hi have had the new RA for the last 3 years (subscription now up for renewal) on the whole it as been OK, but over the last few months it tends to warn for fixed safety cameras that I know are not there, like on my drive or as I am driving into my garage.

Has anybody had similar problems? tried leaving a troubleshooter message on the blackspot website but had no reply so far.
Got to the stage where I am reluctant to renew the subscription, if it is warning when it shouldn't and have lost confidence in it.

Any comments much appreciated

Road Angel = Rubbish borrowed a friends one for a day gave it back and went without till my origin was returned after warranted repair after it tried telling me there was a 30mph limit on a motorway and missed various cameras which i knew were there even though it had been updated the night before.

Not had a problem with my road angel (had a New Road Angel for 3.5 years, and a classic for a year before that), except on SPECs where some times it struggles to notice the whole section has been removed.

Now build quality .... oh and I had a RA 6000 for 2 days last year, was so bad I sent it back and renewed my New again.

Now my sub is virtually up I'm considering trading in for a Pogodrive.

When you get these false alerts on your drive for example is there a little letter 'P' also shown when showing the alert type icon?

No little letter 'P' just Tiff Needels advance warning. it appears to work fine when I am using it whilst out driving, but I am losing confidence in it as mentioned previously.

And there is no camera anywhere near your house? Even as the crow flies. Seems a bit odd that it happems to be near your house but ok elsewhere
