Sorry..but..Which Sat Nav to buy??

Sotty, i know this has most definately been done to death but anyway here goes..

I'm away for a hoon at the weekend and am looking to replace the road angel navigator I had nicked with something...

Must haves,

Sat Nav (obviously) with good user interface
Camera, Specs, Van locations & black spots
Not take forever to find a Satellite (RA was a nightmare!)
The capabilty to take US maps (i'm off there for a few weeks in the summer)

Not too bothered about bluetooth, mp3 etc, they'd just be nice to haves.

No idea where to start!

I'll probably be buying one today to give me time to get it updated etc before the weekend so no pressure!

A TomTom one would do the job fine. One of the most user friendly interfaces I've used.
