Hi,

I have been on to Tomtom home and selected a start up image and a shut down image.
The start up image works fine, but the shut down image is still the green 'put your tomtom in a bag, so some chav scum dont rob it'

Any clues on how to turn the green screen off so it shows my chosen shutdown image?

Thanks

robwales

You could try turning the "theft warning" screen off - it's under safety preferences IIRC.

You can make your own start up or shut down, just get the photo you want, convert it to a bitmap and the same size as the splash one in your tomtom, then remove the tomtom one, give your new one the same name as the one you are removing and replace it.

IIRC the file you need to replace is called suspend.bmp, its in the root dir. Make sure your picture is resized to 320x240 or it wont work.
