Anyone have Traffic on theirTomTom?

Traffic has been working fine for 12 months and then my subscription ran out. Went on line paid up but service has not worked since (stopped working July13). Lots of back and forward to TomTom support and the latest they gave me was the problem is with their server and they don't know when it will be fixed and when traffic will start working again. Has anyone else who has subscribed to their traffic service had problems or is this just bulls**t cos they don't know what the problem is?

Thanks, think they are giving me the run around. Will be back onto them next week.
