Flip out sat nav??

i have been considering buying a flip out sat nav for some time now. i don't want a stand alone one on the windscreen i want a in-dash system and just wondered if any one here has one and what your thoughts are???

I thought about buying of these a couple of years ago. One thing to consider is if it will get in the way of any dash controls that you use frequently such as heating etc. That was why I didnt go for one. A good place to look to get an idea for prices is www.caraudiodirect.com

If you are going to get one i think Alpine and Pioneer do the best ones.

I have a Pioneer Avic and it works fine. only problem is their map updates are only once a year.
