Map Updates

Can anyone advise which nav company updates their maps with the greatest requency or who has the reputation for the most up to date maps.

Tomtom (teliatles) update there maps every 3 months, this is because thay depict the roads off a satilite picture so sometimes one way streets and no right turns arnt alway picked up (which is why tom tom brought out map share)
Garmin (navteque) bring out a new maping every year around feb/march time but thay have a team of 350 cars that drive around uk and europe, so if thay cant drive it,it's not on the map. personaly i think the garmin system is a tad more fullproof.
