TOM TOM ONE - Can't get a GPS signal!

Ive had this unit for about months and all has been fine. However, since a week or so ago, it will not find a signal. It just says something like 'Waiting for GPS signal...........'. On the configuration page it says 'Poor GPS signal, are you inside a building?'.

I have uploaded the updates from the internet to see if this will fix it but no joy.

Anyone know how to fix it or is it knackered?

if it is less than a year old take it back to the shop you bought it from, they will exchange it
