Upping the phone volume on Tom Tom Go

I am struggling to find a way to turn up the blue tooth volume on my Tom Tom Go 530.

I can change the volume for the actual sat nav voice but, it doen't make any difference to the phone. It's a real struggle to hear what callers are saying!
