Garmin Nuvi, Swich orr speed warning gong?

Hi.

My wife has a Nuvi 265wt.

When she goes over the limit, a gong chimes.

I have tried to find out how to disable it but can't.

Is this possible?

Not sure about switching it off. But my Nuvi only chimes if there is a camera warning or mobile camera area and it chimes until you drop below the required limit then it stops.

Could always stop speeding
