Jumping into TomTom??

As an newbi to SatNav it seems TomTom is the easy option, so I am looking at the TomTom XL-Europe22
Amazon look best price at 110 quid. Is there better easier systems out there or is the one I've selected just great?

I've had my TT 510 since 2006 - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any TomTom to anyone.

I have to use a Garmin and Navman occasionally at work (depending on what van I'm in) and I find both of them rather hard to use compared to the TT.

Thanks for feedback rfn, I've ordered the TomTom now on the basis of ease of use and reliabilty.
