Im in need of a good Speed Camera Detector.

I would like a device that can capture all radar detectors out there (Gatso, Specs, Truvelo, hand held laser, basically all of them).

I would also like the device to have a sat nav but am happy for multiple devices if I have too.

The device/devices need to be current, have a very good detection rate and give alerts at a good distance.

Please can you guys recommend something to me?

Thanks in advance.

Pogo alert or drive work exceptionally well for me. Tells you what camera which side of the road in specs it tells you your average speed and how many cameras there are in the specs zone etc etc etc.

I have a Novus GPS that seems to work well and is a simple plug and update

Most sat navs have camera alerts on them. By the time you have been alerted to a laser, it is too late as the speed will have already been recorded by the laser gun.

Get a Snooper S2, only £40 with lifetime updates.
Mine works perfectly, directional and speed related.
Why pay more?

A camera DETECTOR wont work with Truvelo (uses wires buried in the road), SPECS (Uses cameras to read your number plate) or laser (by the time it registers a hit you've been caught)

Best bet is either a satnav with the pocketgps database or something like roadangel.

Both of these require reasonably regular updating from the internet.

Not ued roadangel but the pocketgps database includes hotspots where camera vans are likely to be.
