Hello, I have recently found my road angel in a draw. Trouble is the cigarette lighter power supply has got lost. Does anyone know where I can get one or what spec they are as I am reluctant to pay Blackspot £20 for what is a 3 quid lead. Have tried Maplins but no Joy.

Think this depends on which Road Angel you have. The very early ones used a direct 12v feed (fused from the cigar/power socket), whereas the newer ones (the Road Angel Compact, for example) use a 5v feed through a mini usb socket. Either can be bought pretty cheaply off ebay (you've probably got some mini usb cables already for hard drives, digital cameras etc)

Visit www.roadangel.co.uk

You can purchase the power leads for any of their units via the accessories page. As an example, a new power lead for the old origional navigator is £1.59!!!

Which Road Angel do you have? An original Classic or Road Angel 2 ? The power port on the back is the same on both and is a 12v centre positive male jack. Anything after that is a mini-USB connection for non Navigation products.
