Navman F37M - Morrisons

I bought a Navman F37M from Morrisons a while back and I think it's been very good considering it only cost £60.
However, can anyone tell me how to update it? According to the Navman website I can use the F20 series software to update my model, but the software will not recognise the navigation device unit and I'm now stuck as to what to do.
