Basic unit required...

Done a lot of looking around on this forum but can't really see what I'm looking for.
In my Vectra, the satnav system has traffic alerts which tell you where the hold ups are and allows you to re-route.
I need a similar unit for my Audi but also has camera alerts as well.
I've looked at all the "live" units but they all seem way over spec'd for what I need, I don't need all the photos, google crap or weather.... just something that tells me where the cameras are and where the traffic is sluggish..
Any help would be useful please
