What Nav system for UK, European and OS maps?

As above really, I need an in car system that already has European maps already loaded on or that can be done so cheaply and easily. Same for OS maps and that is also water resistant.

Is there such a thing for a few hundred quid??

Another unit to consider is This but also factor the cost of Memory Map for the OS maps (unless you have got these already) a couple of CF memory cards and something like an OtterBox 1900 waterproof case to put in while out walking in the fells - Mike
