Multi Destinations...

Is there a Sat Nav available, which can allow you to enter several postcodes and then plan the most effective route? I.E putting them in order so I am not doubling back on myself.

I'm a Heating Engineer and in the summer I do mainly boiler services, usually 8 a day and I waste a lot of time planning the most effective route to take, by tapping each individual postcode in to the sat nav and seeing how far away each one is.

I have a bottom of the range Tom Tom One, which has the Travel Via function, but it still requires you to put them in order, or am I missing something?
