Which West and East Europe sat nav?

I am based in Bratislava for a year and plan to do some road trips around this area, so Slovakia, Czech republic, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, sloviniea as well as the usual suspects of Italy, Germany, Austria etc

Want the cheapest one to do the lot, I dont need fancy 3d graphics or traffic alerts etc, just a voice and simple over view map.

I do have copilot on my Iphone but i found when I used it in England the signal kept falling out so will the cheap ones be more reliable then this?

OK, didnt realise, west includes 90pct of what I need, apart from Romania, I may have to go the old fashioned route for that.
