My trusty TomTom 930, or whatever, got nicked. Was just going to order the latest greatest TomTom, but the reviews suggest that would be a bad idea.

Whats the daddy in SatNav these days?

Do you have a mobile phone. Most mobiles come with satnav nowadays. My nokia's satnav is the best i have come across. Excellent piece of kit better than my previous tomtom.

From TomTom I would look at a Go-750 Live purchased new from Amazon as you will qualify for a free map update with the device which you don't get if you purchase it as a refurb from TomTom for around the same price! If you do go for the 750 Live get a MicroSD card class 6 of at least 4GB capacity otherwise the new map won't fit on the internal memory without dumbing the map down using a zoned variant.

Fancy something different have a look at the Garmin 3790T this is about as good as they get these days, couple it to the Eco HD accessory and you can even read engine information on screen from the cars OBD-II port or read and reset fault codes from the sat nav - Mike
