If you think driving standards are poor in the UK. This is Manila, PH.

The security guard is obviously trying it on initially, but (video ***WARNING*** however the victim survives) what happens next is quite disturbing. The driver is currently claiming he is "Not Guilty" of frustrated homicide.

The driver - who was obviously from an entitled family - initially evaded the police, but was found through social media outrage.

I think the security guard has been paid off and the case will, as usual, be forgotten over time and fizzle out...

The outrage will eventually become "the way it is" and nothing will change.

Looks like Makati. I actually admire dinner things about Philippines driving. Their ability to merge without getting het up is (mostly) far better than the UK! I've never had the courage to drive there, but the guy that drives us around is a really excellent driver.
