Hi all,

I'm hitting 40 next year so looking to get another good driving experience booked if there is one.

I attend trackdays in my 911, I've done the Porsche driving experience and also Awe training in North weald.

Is there anything else available that would be worthwhile based on the above experience, maybe Palmer sport?

I'm also interested in rallying but don't know if there's any decent courses that allow you to push the limits?

I'm based in the Midlands so the closer the better too

PalmerSport has been the benchmark for 30 years. Hard to beat at least in the UK.

Palmersport is a cracking day out, not cheap though. Would love to do it again.

Depends what you’re interested in. I can highly recommend a day out on the road with a high performance coach, eg https://www.high-performance-course.com/course-man...

Do ARDS test and do an arrive and drive race as a one off? Equipe classic racing have a rental MG for their MG race series (for example) The series is highly regarded for being great fun! Need to find a way to borrow the gear so you don't have to shell out on that, but that must be possible.

I did this in a caterham in my early 40s as a bucket list thing.

Completely different from what you think you want, but a road driving session with a top coach might help you get even more driving pleasure from your Porsche than you already do (think High Performance Course Manager or equivalent).

I've done a couple of driver training days which have involved track and on-road. I've found these to be particularly rewarding as I felt so much more confident in what my car felt like at speed and in/out of control, learned in a safe environment.

I really enjoyed a day at Palmersport driving a range of cars, but I can't say I learned much from the experience (other than I am likely to be waiting a while for my contract from a Formula one team)

I've been on two rally sessions, and in both of them the instructors were keen for participants to drive hard.
