What trim level includes Dolby sound system

I'm looking to get a Volvo S60 D5 (1st gen P2). Was wondering which trim levels include the much admired Dolby Pro logic sound system?

Yep, SE gets the Dolby system. It's the HU-803 or later HU-850 head units you need to be looking out for. Also available with an optional boot mounted sub-woofer if you need a bit more bass.

Up to 07 models the SE spec should have the Dolby system. It is easy to spot - if it has a 4 or 6 disc CD changer it will have it. After 07 they messed around with the specs and all became SE's with some sort of suffix, i.e. SE Sport, SE Lux etc.
