Polestar servicing North Norfolk

We have had our Polestar 2 from new since October 2021 and in that time its been serviced by a main dealer in Norwich. We are in Fakenham.
However, the last time was a bit of a shambles to say the least! So, we are now looking elsewhere.
Can anybody recommend a good place? Failing that, we will give Volvo in Kings Lynn a go and see what that's like.
