Hi,

My 1.8 V40 which has done about 105K, seems to be stutterring (not every time) at low revs under load.
I've been told that it could be the Air Mass meter, could it be?
Is there any way I can check? With my old AUdi, when I needed a new Air mass meter, they removed it and the car ran better, can I do this? If so where is it?

ANy help, greatly appreciated

if its the volvo engine more than likely plugs or leads or possibly coils dependant on year,if mitsubishi engine could also be faulty injector or require decoke, found maf sensors to be very reliable, hope this helps.
