Short answer, quite a lot.

Basic remap should yield 280ish, then after that you're looking at turbo, intercooler, injectors... you could go mad and get serious power but it'll cost.

I think an ECU upgrade would be the first and easiest upgrade to do. With the only note of caution being that its a 12 year old car, so any increase in performance will put an additional strain on all parts of the car
