Falcon EasyKit + LEDs

I completed this model last week but thought, in addition to extra weathering, it would might look ok with some lights. But how?

I ordered a string/strip of white LEDs to run mains power. Cut a small recess on the left side to run the wire in.

Not great images but hopefully good enough to get the idea....


Fitted numerous LEDs in the rear for engine.








Fitted 2 LEDs at top of ramp



Fitted 2 LEDs inside/front mandibles






I ordered the X Wing & have just started 'weathering/dirty' as unlike the Millennium Falcon, the X Wing was almost devoid of realistic paint.
