It's amazing, massive levels of detail. The guy ends up getting an offer to work at Adrian Newey at Red Bull F1 team!

sorry for being cynical, but, if I had the airfix plastic model of this same car, would it not be quite easy for me to cut, bend, shape, mould, paint laminate exactly the same components out of paper? funny how he seems to have all the right decals to go with it.
Either way it's still cool and now has the oppertunity of a lifetime at redbull.

He's making all the decals himself - copying from photos. He's even printed out all that carbon fibre weave.Either way it's still cool and now has the oppertunity of a lifetime at redbull.

Make way for the 'I could do that' brigade

I know what you mean. Maybe one or two people might have those skills, but I doubt anyone else has that much commitment.I sure as f
king hell couldn'tIf anyone does say they could do it, then the simple response: where's your model then?

Looks like his skills & patience has paid off, one of his posts on the 9th page says-
quote
"Yesterday, I recieved an e-mail of Rob Marshall, Chief Designer of Red Bull Racing and therefore main technical responsable under a man, called Adrian Newey (maybe someone heard something about that guy ). Anyway he offers me the opportunity of a year long work experience at Red Bull. If I am interessted, I should reply directly to him and not to the HR department.
It looks like (I don't know exactly yet) that I've to do an interview in Milton Keynes anytime. If I'm successfull, I'll take my bags for spending a year in England. Nothing fixed yet, but the chance is there.
Either way, I'll keep you up to date..."
Good luck to him

Oh and Mods should move this back for a wider audience.
