NEO make the M5 and i am dure there are dealer models of the E39 which are made by Minichamps.

Neo scale models make the M5 in 1:43 which is resin. Cararama/Hongwell make a budget 530i model in 1:43 which is diecast.

Otto also made a 1:18 M5 which is resin.
