I've no interest in model cars whatsoever, but this is impressive so thought I'd share and hope you enjoy:

The guy is obviously insane!

But the end result is going to be really something; it's only a shame he chose such a boring subject - wouldn't you just love to see a Ferrari Daytona, Cobra or E-Type to this standard?

Or a Muira, or a Lotus 49, or a 35B, or a DB5, or .... etc.

That's very nice work, it'll look great as a finished model. I hope he does produce it as a kit, I'd have a few off him in a heart beat.

The Cobras, Daytonas, E types etc. have all been done as kits by the manufacturers, it's refreshing to see a builder with a passion for his subject do something original, I wish I could.

This is another builder worth looking at, he makes ultra realistic 1:8 scale replicas of race cars, mainly Porsches. The 908/03 and the 935/78 WIP threads are particularly impressive. Take a look
