RC Helicopter Blades not turning

I have a Century Evolution 180 and have a problem where the shaft for the rotor turns but the rotor itself doesnt. The motor is fine and the read rotor runs fine. Any ideas?

Stripped teeth on a gear or out of alignment?
Or bearing rotating with the shaft?

its not stripped gears unless I am missing something as the shaft runs fine.

how does the shaft connect to the actual rotors is at a bearing?
