Ah, the age old problem of display cases!
I don't know about glass, but Tamiya do a range of acrylic cases suited to thier models, so they might have one. Chances are they will be very good. Trumpeter also do a range of cases - I got one for a recent model and it's fine (for the money). I'd suggest doing a Google Image search for the above.
I've also had some custom cases made out of MDF/acrylic from Just Bases http://www.just-bases.co.uk/
Again, fine for what I want, but none of the above I would describe as 'museum' quality if that's what you're after.

Just a quick question regarding where can I source some quality display cases for 1:24 motorcycles. Ideally looking for something that is glass rarther than plastic. Any tips??
Have a look at IKEA, who do a cheap (£40) glass display case. I've always wanted to buy one, but don't have anything to put in one.Perspex again rather than glass and cheaper if you buy from them on ebay.
