Display cases

Just a quick question regarding where can I source some quality display cases for 1:24 motorcycles. Ideally looking for something that is glass rarther than plastic. Any tips??

Ah, the age old problem of display cases!

I don't know about glass, but Tamiya do a range of acrylic cases suited to thier models, so they might have one. Chances are they will be very good. Trumpeter also do a range of cases - I got one for a recent model and it's fine (for the money). I'd suggest doing a Google Image search for the above.

I've also had some custom cases made out of MDF/acrylic from Just Bases http://www.just-bases.co.uk/

Again, fine for what I want, but none of the above I would describe as 'museum' quality if that's what you're after.

Have a look at IKEA, who do a cheap (£40) glass display case. I've always wanted to buy one, but don't have anything to put in one.

Perspex again rather than glass and cheaper if you buy from them on ebay.
