ebay is probably your best bet. Die cast models sell well on there. Probably best to sell individually though.

Rather depends on what you've got and how much time and effort you're wanting to put into it. I'm guessing one of he specialist dealers might take them as a job lot, or you could sell them yourself individually on eBay.
