Hi all

Been looking at getting into the nitro rc world but have been overwhelmed with the amount of stuff out there!

To be honest I'm more into the actual build of the car as I would find this quite fun.

Now I have seen a condor kit online but have seen some horrible reviews on the really poor quality. What I like about this kit is everything thing is there. So once I have got through the build I can then go and play. And it's cheap. But I know that this will be for a reason.

Is there anything else out there which includes everything in one box? Or at least 90% of the stuff.

By the looks of things it's going to cost me about 1k to get started! Not sure I want to invest that much at this stage.

Like I said the build is very important so I'm not after the ready to race stuff.

I think nowadays, given the performance of brushless motors and endurance of Lipo batteries, you really need to love the sound of pizza delivery two strokes to go nitro.
Depending where you live, you could be seriously limited to where you can run it, and they sound awful (IMHO)

It really just depends on what you want to do with the car. I have no experience with that Condor thing but just from the photos it looks like cheap crap tbh

TBH if your a noob your probably better off going for a electric car these days ( you can still build them ) nitro = lots and of faffing about, mess, they stink and are noisey = p1ss people off.

Once set up they are great and very reliable/easy to start.
They are a lot of fun and the sound/smell is all a part of it.

As others have said though the noise can be a limiting factor

Trouble is they need setting up diffently every time you use them. Even at different times of the day.

Honestly I've not touched any of the settings on mine since initial set-up and it still starts and runs sweet everytime.
My friends are tinkerers, theirs never run right!

read into that what you will.

So what you have is a car that might run but probably doesnt run correctly a lot of the time. Temprature, different fuel and how old the fuel is affects how they run a lot.

I stopped racing Nitro and moved to electric classes best thing i ever did tbh.

No cars or trees were harmed during this.
