Billings Boulogne Etaples?

I really fancy building this kit and have been trying all over to get one.
I’m hearing that there is currently a problem with supply from Billings, although I don’t know the exact reason.
Everywhere I have tried, including a couple of modelshops in Europe have come up with nothing.
Does anybody have an idea of a place where they might have a stock?
