when spraying its pulsing , any ideas on a fix ? its clean , ive seen mention of vaseline on the end cap but hasnt fixed it

Assuming there’s no damage to it, it’s clean, and the paints not lumpy, seems you’re left with a faulty seal. My H&S sometime bubbles and spits, and it’s either the nozzle cap isn’t screwed in tightly enough, or the needle jet seating seal has squashed down and needs replacing. Mines also got an o-ring behind the nozzle cap. I’ve just replaced both on mine. Very easy and cheap job and instantly restores performance.
