I've a number of mint condition unopened sets bought over the last 10-15 years which I'm starting to think about selling. I don't particularly want to be packaging them up or arranging couriers etc so thinking collection only would be best for me.

Is anything going to be better than Ebay?

Any tips welcome.

You’ll lose out hugely on value if you do collection only. EBay is still the best place to sell collectors grade sets, though Bricklink is also worth a look.

To me!

In all seriousness having been collecting and buying the stuff for a while, taking the opposite of the way I buy it cheaply, the worst returns will be from:

1. Facebook in bulk
2 eBay in bulk
3. Facebook kits
3. eBay kits
4 Bricklink kits
5 Bricklink parts

However to get the best returns from bricklink parts, you'll need to split and list everything.

You get the lowest returns selling in bulk via social media, the best to fans via dedicated sites.

It depends upon how much you really want for it.

Lastly, Lego goes up and up in value, if you're not brassic, stick it in the loft!

I'm in Hampshire so my suggestion is list it here as collection only so I have less competition. smile
