I can recommend Scale Model Technical Services in Hastings (Phone: [phone] E-mail: [e-mail]). 10-15 years ago I owned a TVR and bought a metal kit of the same that was way beyond my abilities to build and paint. IIRC they charged me about £80 to build and paint it using photos of my car as a guide. Here's the results (which are better than my photos!)
