Bought this set a few days ago, hadn’t heard of Nifeliz before.
I paid £139.95 for the set, from Amazon.
A couple of progress pics:
I’d estimate that I’m about half way through the build, some thoughts so far:
a) It’s a large model, larger than I anticipated
b) Seems a fair amount of the mat green paint coming off on to my fingertips and I’ve barely started on the green bits.
c) Had issues with missing parts, which - after looking online - seems to be common, especially multiple reports of one specific part for this set not contained inside the packets. So far I’ve been able to continue the build using parts from some old Lego Technic sets I have in the attic but if I didn’t have that resource to plunder then it would be hugely frustrating having to contact the manufacturer and then await the parts arriving.
d) Some of the parts are a much tighter fit that I believe their Lego counterparts would be, and after some particularly stubborn parts assembly I’ve had to take a break as my thumb was painful.
I’ll post more progress pics, but I think that, despite the reasonably cheap price, this will be my last Nifeliz model, for the reasons above.
