I want a RTF plane - £175ish??
Discussion
I've just moved house and did a bit of gardening this weekend that involved removing a sheeitload of trees, rockery and sticking up a small fence.
I am now left with this at the bottom of my garden

LOADS of room - very chuffed. Need to avoid that telephone line though!
So, this seems the ideal place to have a new flying toy. Previously I had a Parkzone F27 raptor that was great, very fast and sporty. I'm looking at the Parkzone stuff and quite fancy one of the big glider things

Looks like a nice and relaxed thing to mess about with.
I've got no other equipment so want something that's RTF.
Any suggestions on what else I should be looking at?

Easy!
A Multiplex Easystar or a Multiplex Easyglider. Can't recommend them highly enough. The Multiplex foam is so much better than any other foam I've come across, which means it is simple to repair even after very big crashes. You can get the Easystar as a kit which includes everything and is fully built, or the Easyglider can come as a kit with all servos installed etc - just install radio and motor if I remember correctly.
I've had a Parkzone Spitfire, which to be honest after two bumps with the ground was a write-off.
Have fun!

The Parkzone Radian you have pictured is a fantastic aircraft. I have had mine for around a year now and the performance still astonishes me. Will out-fly much more expensive kit and has seriously impressed a few of the top guys at my flying club who normally fly ultra high spec carbon composite jobs.
I have mounted cameras (still and high definition video) on my Radian and it will still thermal with the added weight.
With a GPS logger on board I managed a climb to 770 feet agl on thermals and outperformed thre three experienced guys I was flying with, each of whom had more expensive kit.
The Radian foam is EPO (the sort of stuff Dell use for their packaging). You can twist it and bend it any shape you lime and it doesn't break. Really tough stuff.
You will not be disappointed with the Radian, absolutely superb electric sailplane.
