Tamiya F350 high lift converting to coil overs and shocks

My son is after some advice on which coil overs and shocks to buy to put on a tamiya f350 highlift, any suggestions?

Why does he want to change them? Performance or looks?
I think the TLT shocks will work, a few of the scale crawler lads used them.
