Hi Guys,

Im after a model of a lear 45 that isnt mega bucks. All i can see at the moment are massively expensive ready made models.

(£100+)

Any ideas?

Nearest I've found is the Hasegawa/Revell Learjet 35. I'm still trying to find a 25.

Biz jets are massively neglected by kit manufacturers. I wonder why that is?

There are some vacform and resin kits out there. I thing Broplan and RVHP are the main manufacturers.

Someone did a 1/48 scale injection kit about 20 years ago, I forget which manufacturer now.

Matchbox did a diecast, no idea of the scale.

And an eBay search turned up this:

Yes I mnaged to miss that! Searched for 'Lear Jet' rather than 'Learjet.'

I actually had one of those but for some reason never built it. Assume I sold it as I can't find it now.

I've got the Hasegawa 1/48 Learjet in C-21 guise and the Revell Re-pop in Airnet colours, which just happens to be the same scheme my Unis' Learjet 25 is in.
