Newbie Renault Twingo owner

Hi all, my names iain and i live in leeds. I have a love of a lot of cars, but after visiting france for years i have fell in love with the classic renault twingo

im not into modifying, i like the cars origional.

here is my mk1 series one launch spec twingo, this one i have done a full top end rebuild, brand new brakes loads and loads of other stuff, this is my daily untill my other twingo is ready.



my second twingo i bought a few days back, its a cat d and is going to be my daily, then the green one will be used at accasional times.

this is a twingo air,a series two, the headlights are wrong but the new ones i do have. its a high spech car with a glass roof, full electrics, and power steering, which is good for a twingo lol



i also have a mk1 mini metro, theres another story

any other twingo owners??

I don't own a Twingo but I was asked to test the 133 cup around a track for PH a couple of years ago.

Very capable car indeed.

thanks was that the new twingo?? i havent had much to do with them as i think they spoilt the charectoristics of the origional twingo

It was new at the time, just as they were about to be launched. Exactly the same as this one.

Always thought these are "happy" looking little cars. Are they an original Clio underneath? Could make for an amusing track car if one was into modifying.
