CLio 182 kircaldy recently sold! Mf04 cam belt snapped

Hi guys looking to buy a car recently sold from kircaldy

Owner was told that the belt had snapped and that the head has just been rebuilt with new valves n timing belt kit n head gasket but with no proof!!

Anyone on here fix the car or no anything about it possibly... The add was on gumtree about a month ago!!

If it hasn't been fixed it wont run. If it hasn't been fixed properly it'll tap.

Yeah that goes hand in hand and am aware or that!! Reason I asked so I could find out what has been fixed/replaced!
