c5 vague back end

When i go over a bump or drain cover in the wet the back left of my c5 feels like it's sliding a foot towards the right.
Is this likely to be a suspension problem or time to buy new tyres?

Rear radius arm bearings, you have probably heard the odd cracking noise . Not a bad job .
