Clio Trophy Welsh Weekender 2018

Went for a 2 day blast with a few like-minded individuals at the weekend.







We had an absolute blast despite the wet weather on Sunday.

I'd not driven mine so hard in the wet before - I just couldn't believe how much grip the car found.

WOW!

I have a 182 Cup and an R26.R and I’m honestly a bit scared of driving a good Trophy because there have been lots of times when I’ve thought the 182 was more fun than the R, so to improve on the 182 might start a reshuffle!

Only thing is, I like to drive my R in the Alps mostly and I think it’s an easier car to get there and back in in comparison to my 182 which I havn’t dared attempted 700 miles a day in!

Great to see. I've owned an R26.R and 2 Clio 200 Cups in the past, keeping an eye out for a tidy Trophy coming up for sale.
